Dr Abdul Razak Sania is a multidisciplinary professional whose expertise spans law, project management, commodity value chain development, and sustainable livelihoods. He is a dedicated law and development researcher with a keen interest in how legal systems influence socio-economic development, governance outcomes, and access to justice in emerging economies. His research explores the intersection of law, public policy, and sustainable development, with particular attention to informal economic systems, institutional reform, and enterprise development.
Dr Sania holds a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Cape Coast, an MPhil in Development Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), an MBA in Project Management from Wisconsin International University College (WIUC), a Master of Arts in Ministry (Biblical Studies) from Trinity Theological Seminary, a BSc in Agriculture from KNUST, an LLB from WIUC, a Qualifying Law Certificate, and a Certificate in Energy Finance from the National Banking College.
He has held notable leadership and management positions, including Commercial Manager at RMG Commodities/Wienco Ghana and Managing Director of Agritrade Limited. He currently serves as Managing Consultant at San Alliance Limited and is a steering committee member of the Ghana Skills Development Fund. In addition, he is undergoing professional legal training at S&S Legal.
